Chiraag Bains is the Director of Legal Strategies at Demos, a think tank focused on strengthening democracy and fighting for racial justice. He previously served as Senior Counsel to the head of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He co-wrote the Ferguson Report.
